Note: We include a strip of "glue dots" for you. Sometimes the bead may shift when you turn your head quickly. Simply cut a small piece of the glue dot and place it on one end of the bead. Then, simply insert the bead as usual. The small piece of the glue dot will hold the bead nicely in place.

I don't wear it all the time. I got this as a retainer for a PA while getting an MRI. And it worked fine.

Description says multiple colors, not one random color my package had 1 ring in it. Not very helpful when it's for the notes as I have 2?

These are exactly what I was looking for, I love them! The smaller rings seem a bit flimsy but it's only because they're very thin plastic. You have to be careful when putting them in. They're super easy to put in as well. I absolutely love the colors.
