White-Cased 15" Vase with Colorful Marbleized Swirls
This is a lovely large vase measuring 15" high. The neck is 3-1/2" long and 1-3/8" wide. The diameter of its flowing white scalloped collar -- at its widest -- is 4-5/8".
The piece is white cased, which means its many colors of blown glass are wrapped in multiple layers of glass. The artistry speaks to the skillfulness of the artist. The glass is soft and reflective, just like satin.
It's palate of white, orange, black, brown, and pastels blue and green is a decorator's delight as the vase lends itself to so many home decorating styles.
It is in brand new condition with a tag referencing made for Action International Ltd located in Cheswick, Pennsylvania, is a Division of Action Industries Inc., and being made in the People's Republic of China (PRC).
On the white, satin-like collar are a few black specs. The specs are part of the swirl design. They are not a defect.
