GREAT customer service :-) I am moving across the country in a couple days so I messaged the shop before I placed the order explaining my situation (this was around August 3rd) and they got back right away stating they’ll ship out immediately so I placed the order. I was a little anxious because the tracking didn’t update but I know USPS tends to be like that sometimes. They notified me right when they handed off the package and always answered within the day, often much quicker. They even offered to send another ring to my later address if it didn’t come by a certain date but it did! The ring is great quality. It is a bit larger than anticipated but that is literally just because I didn’t measure properly. Either way, really great experience. I see myself ordering again from this shop in the future :-)
