Great product, and excellent customer service! I thought it had gotten lost in the mail, and they were quick to help solve the problem. *Edit: I'm adding this after wearing this jewelry for a while- I am sometimes nervous with captive bead style jewelry, as I've had some where the bead just repeatedly falls out. I've been wearing these for a few weeks now, and that has not happened, so I am very happy with this product! 🙌🏻
