This product is very small and sometimes takes practice to attach the push top to the post! We always recommend that our customers practice pushing the top into the post over and over before actually inserting it into their actual piercing! We also recommend that, if you are looking into a mirror over a drain, you place a cloth over the drain so that the retainer is not dropped into the drain! Thanks for shopping with us!
