I used this twice before it broke (while trying to put it in). After contacting the shop owner the item was replaced. Materials such as bone can be fragile without showing any flaw before being stressed. So it is not unreasonable that a certain item could break. It shouldn’t be a recurring issue however. Let’s hope that the replacement is better.
